Great sublimation results, and you can print on both sides of the cushion. 

Sublimation guidelines:

200 degrees for 60 seconds. 
Tear around your image rather than cutting to avoid pressing lines. 
Don't forget blowout paper inside the cushion cover to prevent your image bleeding through to the reverse side.
